The Wilderness Camping Safari in Uganda is a typical adventure encounter into the wilderness where the travellers forget about their bungalows and lush linen to explore the typical African night in the wilderness only surrounded by verdant flora and great fauna. The 9 Days Camping Safari takes you to Kibale National Park for chimpanzee trekking, primate walk in Semuliki, wild game viewing in Queen Elizabeth National Park along with chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Island Hopping at Lake Bunyonyi.
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Fort Portal. Visit the Amabere g’ Nnyinamwiru Caves, hike the Fort Portal Crater Lake Hike and transfer to Kibale National Park
Day 2: Do Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Semuliki National Park in the afternoon
Day 3: Primates Trek in the Semuliki Valley National Park
Day 4: Transfer from Semuliki National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Day 5: Do a morning wild game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park and afternoon Chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura gorge.
Day 6: Transfer from Queen Elizabeth NP to Bwindi National Park via Ishasha. You will witness the tree climbing Lions.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking and relaxing at the lodge
Day 8: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for Island safari and Hiking.
Day 9: Transfer to Kampala with a lunch stop at Igongo Cultural Center and Uganda Equator Experience.
DEPARTURE & RETURN
Departure Point is Entebbe Airport and drop off on the day of return.
